The Medical Records Department (MRD) is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency of managing patient health information. We prioritize safeguarding patient data while facilitating its availability to authorized healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.

· Protecting patient confidentiality and ensuring data security.
· Managing the storage, retrieval, and archiving of medical records.
· Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards related to health information.
Our Services Include:
· Maintaining and updating patient medical records.
· Ensuring privacy and adherence to healthcare regulations.
· Providing access to medical records for patients and authorized parties, upon request.
· Supporting clinical, legal, and administrative functions within the hospital.
The MRD plays a vital role in enhancing patient safety, ensuring continuity of care, and contributing to the efficiency of hospital operations.
