How do I begin the process of treatment at Holy Spirit Hospital as an international patient?

Does Holy Spirit Hospital provide a treatment estimate before my arrival?
Yes. Once we receive your medical reports and the doctor’s opinion, we will share a preliminary treatment plan, including online doctors consultation, cost estimation, estimated length of stay, and recommended specialist/department
Do you help with medical visas?
Yes. We provide a visa invitation letter required for your visa application, once your treatment plan is confirmed.
Are accommodation and food provided for international patients and their family?
Yes. We offer: Private accomodation is subject to availability)

What are the payment options for international patients?
We accept:
– Bank transfers (Patient need to check with their Bank if it is possible)
– Cash payments in INR (as per RBI norms)
– UPI payments
Can I use international health insurance?
If your insurance provider has a tie-up with our hospital and provides international coverage. Kindly confirm with your insurer and bring all necessary documents. We can assist with paperwork required for reimbursement.
