About: Dr. Pravin Kumar Nair is a world renowned & experienced medical Microbiologist and infection prevention specialist who heads the Infection Control Team at Holy Spirit Hospital in Mumbai, India. With over 10 years of dedicated service, he brings deep expertise in Epidemiology, Clinical Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), and hospital-wide infection management. Dr Nair has completed his Medical Microbiology Residency Program from Topiwala National Medical College.
Known for his scholarly approach, Dr. Nair is deeply respected for his academic rigour and leadership in infection prevention. As the Head of Infection Control, he plays a vital role in establishing protocols that uphold patient safety and clinical excellence.
