Instructions
Important Guidelines for Patients
- All Health check-ups are scheduled with prior appointments only
- Please come 12 hours fasting. You may drink water. Report for check up by 7.30 am at the diagnostic Centre on the ground floor.
- Consultation by Physician
- Kindly bring your first morning samples of urine and stool with you (Containers can be collected from laboratory)
- If you are using spectacles. Please bring them along.
- If on any medication, please bring along your earlier prescription/medication and reports.
- Diabetic patients – Anti-Diabetic drug should be avoided in the morning. Please carry the drug/insulin to be taken with breakfast.
- Company Sponsored clients are requested to bring referral letter and two passport size photo.
- Ideally, your check up will be completed between 7.00 am to 1.00 pm
- Abnormal findings will be intimated
- Reports can be collected from our Diagnostic Centre reception from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
- We can courier you’re the reports if desired to the address provided with an additional change.
