Dr. Jayshree Kenkare brings over 42 years of distinguished experience in anaesthesia, marked by a steadfast commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence. She began her career with top academic honors, securing first place in the DA examination and fourth in MD Anaesthesia.
As Head of Anaesthesia at Holy Spirit Hospital, Dr. Kenkare has been instrumental in developing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring the highest standards in managing complex and high-risk cases. She is highly skilled in ultrasound-guided (USG) and peripheral nerve stimulator (PNS)-guided regional anaesthesia, enhancing both intraoperative and postoperative pain management.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Kenkare serves as Secretary of the Clinical Research Team and is an active member of the hospital’s Scientific Committee, contributing to research governance and scientific advancement 6 7. Dr. Kenkare has guided numerous MD and DNB students through their theses and served as an examiner for DNB Anaesthesia, contributing significantly to the education and professional growth of future anaesthesiologists.
