Our Discharge Process is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition for patients as they prepare to leave the hospital. The process is streamlined to provide clarity, minimize waiting time, and ensure that all necessary documentation and follow-up instructions are provided.Â
There are following Steps in the Discharge Process:
- Doctor’s Approval: The treating doctor confirms the patient is ready for discharge and confirm on patient’s medical file.
- Billing Clearance: Finalization of the bill, including room charges, medications, and any additional services availed.
- Insurance/Company Approval (if applicable): Coordination with the insurance provider or company for clearance of cashless claims or approvals.
- Discharge Summary: A detailed report of the treatment provided, medications prescribed, and follow-up care instructions is handed over.
- Counseling & Guidance: Nurses or healthcare staff provide information on post-discharge care and answer any queries.
