Quality never to be compromised. In view of this Holy Spirit Hospital began its process for NABH Accreditation in the year 2009. On 19th July 2010 Holy Spirit Hospital received NABH Accreditation Certificate from Quality Council in India.
Holy Spirit Hospital was 4th in Mumbai and 45th in India to receive NABH Accreditation.
This three years valid accreditation is renewed by a Reassessment and prior to that a Surveillance Assessment by the NABH Assessor's Team.
The first re-accreditation was in 2013 and the second in the year 2016.
NABH core team along with the support of management and staff consistently work for implementation of Quality Standards across the organisation. Quality standards basically focus on patient safety.
Quality Indicators are monitored monthly. Patient's feed back form report is discussed & corrective actions takes on monthly basis. Patient safety goals are followed while providing care and treatment. Our focus is our patient.
