Admission Discharge Procedure

Admission Deposit – Deposit varies as per class of bed / rooms availed. All charges are as per Schedule of charges. Scheduled of change is subject to revision without prior notice. Necessary deposit to be paid at cash counter in billing Room no – 42 at the time of admission.

The deposit receipt has to be preserved until the discharge.

Declaration form On admission patient / guardian needs to fill and sign the declaration form, disclosing true medical history.
Admission for Surgery Patients can get admitted on the previous day of surgery by 6pm with fitness certificate and reports. Planned surgeries require full deposit. Contact Help Desk for approximate expenses & deposit.

Medicine on Credit Available for 2 bed category and above. For others optional on payment of additional deposit.
Date of admission (DOA) - If admitted prior to 12noon. DOA is charged as full day & if after 12noon as half day.
Date of Discharge (DOD) - If all discharge procedures are cleared prior to 12 noon it will be charged as half day, otherwise as full day.
Birth records Particulars of birth records to be filled in correctly to avoid discrepancies. Birth certificates to be collected by the parents from BMC within 15 days.

Transfer of beds

Patients transferred from lower to higher class during their stay with their consent are charged the higher charges for all the services, with retrospective effect from the date of admission. Room charge is as availed, but for the day of transfer the longer hours occupied bed charges are applicable


We have competent doctors as consultants on our panel. At the time of admission, the patient is referred to the respective consultant or / any other consultant in his/her absence. Every consultant has junior doctors who would assist in the treatment. Consultants would make visits on a daily basis or as per requirement.

Credit facility for company patients:

If the company/organization that the patient is currently employed with enjoys credit facility with our hospital, then at the time of admission the patient is required to produce an authorization letter for credit at the Admission Counter.

Maternity Registration:

Expectant mothers to be registered by 7th month of pregnancy with Rs. 1000 as non – refundable deposit. This gets adjusted only against the inpatient bill when hospitalized for delivery in our hospital.

Items to be brought along

Patients who are to be admitted are expected to bring along their own toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, soap and towels. These can also be purchased from our Pharmacy.


On payment of required admission deposit, two passes are issued per patient at admission counter. Children below 10 years are not allowed inside as visitors. Pass to be surrendered at the time of discharge to the security.

Wards (Daily) 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm One Pass - One Person
Sundays and Holidays 11:00 am to 12:00 noon One Pass - One Person
ICU/CCU/NICU/PICU (Daily) 5:00 pm To 6:00 pm One Pass - One Person


The hospital will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables - money, mobiles or ornaments etc. from the hospital premises.
